300 million people(30 crore) have joined facebook.If Facebook were a country, it would be the 3rd most populous country on earth behind China and India.It is most buzzed about thing in the internet nowdays.It is must for everyone nowdays .

Even many contests are going to be conducted for facebook users by some blogs later and some movie production houses .Even i can easily share freebies and contests to the users during my exams without wasting my time and easily connect with each other also.

You must have seen some of your friends are not too active in orkut nowadays.It is because they have already quitted orkut and joined facebook.
